PETG is tough, UV-resistant, and handles heat; it won’t go brittle like PLA or warp like ABS. We print on Bambu Lab X1 Carbon for precise, repeatable parts that seal cleanly, nest for shipping, and hold up outdoors.

Greens, herbs, strawberries, peppers, bush/baby tomatoes, cucumbers (dwarf), and flowers. For heavy fruiting vines, use trellis/support.

Designed for outdoor use. But can be used indoors with proper lighting. Full sun is great for most crops; partial shade works for lettuces/herbs in peak summer.

A quiet, low-power submersible pump recirculates nutrient solution from the 5-gal bucket through the tower and back down.

Typical home use: ~1–2 gallons/week (varies with heat, wind, and plant size). The auto-fill option keeps the level topped off from a hose so you don’t have to guess.

PETG is BPA-free and widely used around food. Our parts are not FDA-certified; wash before first use and keep nutrient solution clean.

Our Complete kit includes a beginner-friendly nutrient and starter media. If sourcing your own, target pH 5.8–6.5 and follow the label’s EC/ppm.

Drain the system and store the pump indoors if sustained freezing is expected. PETG is tough, but ice expansion can stress fittings.
